Keith Schembri To Appear Before Courts To Testify At The Expense Of An Affidavit

Amidst speculations of an on-going investigation of pending Panamagate-verdict, the authorities have allowed Prime Minister Muscat’s Chief of Staff Keith Schembri to testify to the court of law via an affidavit. It has been determined that a few days ago, Magistrate Francesco Depasquale accepted a request configured by Prime Minister Muscat’s legal team to put forward Keith Schembri’s testament via an affidavit instead of forcing the Chief of Staff to appear in person. The court has no intention of lodging enforced patronage to disembowel the integrity of Muscat’s Office and henceforth agreed to Schembri’s method of proceedings via complete info-relinquishment against rigorous allegations condemned in his name.

It is true that since the beginning of the farcical Panama data leak conspiracy, Mr Schembri has filed numerous libel suits against notorious journalist and blogger Daphne Galizia over illogical accusations regarding the latter’s involvement in segregated Panama scandals and thus gaining kickbacks as a result of it all. There is no doubt regarding the substantiated irregularity in Galizia’s claims against Mr Schembri, who tentatively denies his actions in any corporate back channelling. So far, a verdict has to be reached regarding any kind of involvement Keith Schembri might have had in due regard to the outrageous scandals his name has surfaced in the Panama data leak. The fort is held strong and formidable, since no decisive action is impending against Muscat’s Chief of Staff.

Regarding the audacious attempts to secure a pen-to-paper testament of Schembri’s defence, Muscat’s legal team made this request in response to Galizia’s misinformed findings regarding the entire façade; Galizia claims that Schembri hides in plain sight, with no motive of counteractive legal bindings to the eventful proceedings. In the supposed article, Daphne accuses Schembri of remedying corporate espionage by embezzling large sums of money through the Azerbaijan network; she claims that the daughter of Azerbaijani President, Leyla Aliyeva helped transfer the insurmountable cash to Schembri’s three companies and the entire process of money embezzlement is the sole verdict of insubordinate corporate breach in compliance with the Panama controversy.

A deep study of the entire scandal shows that the money was transferred into Tillgate Inc. and Hearnviller Inc. which fall categorically under the ownership of Keith Schembri and Konrad Mizzi. Other beneficiaries include the Prime Minister’s wife Michelle Muscat, who has been speculated to be in the supreme chain of command. However, in the court ruling it was noted that any form of Judicial Assistance is not a liable necessity regarding the matter at hand, but it was approved nonetheless.

In relation to Keith Schembri’s legal team, there was no explanation given regarding the Judicial Assistance request; reason being that it is quite common for the accused to seek judicial assistance when controversies embellish the rigorous occupation of one’s ethics. It becomes necessary and does not raise the question of viable guilt. In case of Schembri’s dilemma, innocence is the impending verdict. Innocent or guilty, people like Daphne Galizia hold no moral regard for the accused, when the usurper stands not before the court’s justice but instead behind it!
