Keith Schembri To Appear Before Courts To Testify At The Expense Of An Affidavit
Amidst speculations of an on-going investigation of pending Panamagate-verdict, the authorities have allowed Prime Minister Muscat’s Chief of Staff Keith Schembri to testify to the court of law via an affidavit. It has been determined that a few days ago, Magistrate Francesco Depasquale accepted a request configured by Prime Minister Muscat’s legal team to put forward Keith Schembri’s testament via an affidavit instead of forcing the Chief of Staff to appear in person.
